Privacy & data
Your meetings belong to you. This page explains how MeetingJuice handles your data and the controls you have.
Your data, your control
Section titled “Your data, your control”- Private by default — meetings are only visible to you (or your team, on the Team plan). Nothing is public unless you create a share link.
- Integrations are opt-in — Slack, Gmail and the MCP server only work after you explicitly connect them, and you can disconnect any time.
- Transparent recording — the bot joins as a visible participant, so everyone in the call knows a notetaker is present.
Sharing controls
Section titled “Sharing controls”- Share links are unguessable and read-only.
- You can set links to expire, or revoke them instantly.
- “Summary” scope never exposes the verbatim transcript.
Access tokens
Section titled “Access tokens”- MCP tokens are stored hashed, scoped to your account, and revocable at any time.
- Integration credentials (like your Slack webhook) are treated as secrets.
Deleting your account
Section titled “Deleting your account”You can delete your account and its data from your dashboard. To protect against accidental loss and billing issues:
- You must cancel any active subscription first.
- Team owners must close or transfer their team before deleting.
When you delete your account, your meetings, transcripts, notes and templates are permanently removed.
