Everything about your plan and billing lives in your dashboard.

Upgrade or change plan

• Free → Pro/Team — pick a plan and billing period (monthly or yearly) and check out.
• Pro → Team — upgrade in place. We adjust your billing with proration, so you only pay the difference.

Note

Plan changes are prorated — when you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re charged the difference for the remaining period rather than a full new charge.

Manage seats (Team)

Add or remove seats from the Team section. Changes are prorated. You can preview the cost of a seat change before confirming.

Billing portal

Use the billing portal (linked from your dashboard) to:

• Update your payment method.
• Download invoices and receipts.
• Switch between monthly and yearly billing.
• Cancel your subscription.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your meetings and notes stay in your account.

Caution

To delete your account entirely (not just cancel), you must first cancel any active subscription, and Team owners must close or transfer their team. See Privacy & data.
