Auto-send workflows
Auto-send turns MeetingJuice fully hands-off: when a meeting ends, it automatically generates the summary you choose and delivers it where you want — no clicks required.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”When a recorded meeting is finalized, MeetingJuice can:
- Generate the AI action you picked (e.g. detailed summary or action items), then
- Email a copy to your account address,
- Post it to Slack, and/or
- Create a Gmail draft.
Set it up
Section titled “Set it up”-
Open Integrations
Go to Integrations in your dashboard.

Choose what to generate
Pick the AI action to run automatically after each meeting (for example, Detailed summary).

Choose where to send it
Turn on one or more destinations:
- Send a copy to my email (on by default — no setup needed).
- Slack — requires the Slack integration.
- Gmail draft — requires the Gmail integration.

Save
That’s it. Every future meeting triggers the workflow automatically.
- Auto-generated summaries count toward your monthly AI quota like any other action.
- Each meeting runs the workflow once — no duplicate sends.
- You can turn auto-send off any time from the Integrations page.
