FAQ

Does MeetingJuice work with Zoom or Microsoft Teams?

No — MeetingJuice is built 100% for Google Meet. It’s focused on doing one thing really well.

Do I have to be in the meeting to record it?

No. Use the Chrome extension when you’re in the call, or send the meeting bot (from the Workspace add-on) to join and record when you’re not.

Will people know the meeting is being recorded?

If you use the bot, yes — it joins as a visible participant in the list, keeping things transparent. The extension captures from your own browser while you’re in the call.

How does the bot join — do I add an email to my calendar?

No calendar invite needed. You bring the bot in from the Workspace add-on side panel inside Google Meet. There’s no email address to add.

What languages are supported?

Meetings transcribe in many languages, and you can generate summaries in a different language than the transcript. See Languages.

What counts as an "AI action"?

Each generated summary, action-item list, template run, or chat question is one AI action. Re-opening a result you already generated is free. See Quotas.

When do my monthly limits reset?

On a monthly cycle tied to your signup date — not the calendar 1st. See Quotas & limits.

Can I connect my own AI assistant?

Yes — Pro and Team users can connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor via the MCP server.

Is my data private?

Your meetings are yours. Share links are off by default, and you control every integration. See Privacy & data.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep paid features until the end of the period. See Manage your subscription.
