Custom templates

A template is a reusable AI prompt — your own recipe for how a summary should be structured. Define it once, then apply it to any meeting to get consistent output every time.

  • Sales calls → BANT/MEDDIC qualification, objections, next steps.
  • Standups → blockers, progress, plan for the day.
  • Interviews → strengths, concerns, recommendation.
  • Client meetings → decisions, action items, risks, owners.
  1. Open Templates

Go to the Templates page in your dashboard.

  2. Write or import your prompt

Type your instructions, or import a model from a .txt, .doc or .docx file. Describe the exact sections and tone you want.

  3. Save it

Give it a name. It now appears as an action you can run on any meeting.

A strong template is specific about structure and rules. For example:

You write clear, actionable meeting minutes.
From the transcript, produce:
**TL;DR** — 3 bullets max.
**Decisions** — what was agreed.
**Action items** — one line each: - [Owner] Task (due date if mentioned).
**Risks & open questions** — unresolved points.
Rules:
- Stay factual; never invent anything not in the transcript.
- If something is missing, write "not mentioned".

Open a meeting, pick your template from the actions list, and generate. It uses one AI action from your monthly quota (cached afterward).
