Custom templates
A template is a reusable AI prompt — your own recipe for how a summary should be structured. Define it once, then apply it to any meeting to get consistent output every time.
When to use one
Section titled “When to use one”- Sales calls → BANT/MEDDIC qualification, objections, next steps.
- Standups → blockers, progress, plan for the day.
- Interviews → strengths, concerns, recommendation.
- Client meetings → decisions, action items, risks, owners.
Create a template
Section titled “Create a template”-
Open Templates
Go to the Templates page in your dashboard.

Write or import your prompt
Type your instructions, or import a model from a
.txt,.docor.docxfile. Describe the exact sections and tone you want. -
Save it
Give it a name. It now appears as an action you can run on any meeting.
A good template prompt
Section titled “A good template prompt”A strong template is specific about structure and rules. For example:
You write clear, actionable meeting minutes.
From the transcript, produce:**TL;DR** — 3 bullets max.**Decisions** — what was agreed.**Action items** — one line each: - [Owner] Task (due date if mentioned).**Risks & open questions** — unresolved points.
Rules:- Stay factual; never invent anything not in the transcript.- If something is missing, write "not mentioned".Apply a template
Section titled “Apply a template”Open a meeting, pick your template from the actions list, and generate. It uses one AI action from your monthly quota (cached afterward).
