Teams
The Team plan gives your whole team a shared workspace, unlimited AI actions, and per-seat billing. Admins manage who’s in and what they can do.
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the team. There is one owner. |
| Admin | Invite/remove members, manage seats and roles. |
| Member | Use MeetingJuice within the team workspace. |
Invite teammates
Section titled “Invite teammates”-
Open your team
Go to the Team section of your dashboard.

Invite by email
Add teammates by email — individually or in bulk. They receive an invite link to join.

Set their role
Assign each member a role (admin or member). You can change roles later.
Seats & billing
Section titled “Seats & billing”- Team is billed per seat. Adding or removing seats is prorated — you only pay for what you use.

Leaving or deleting
Section titled “Leaving or deleting”- A member can be removed by an admin or owner at any time.
- The owner can’t delete their account while the team is active — transfer ownership or close the team first. See Privacy & data.
