Quickstart
This guide takes you from zero to your first AI-summarized meeting.

Sign in
Go to meetingjuice.com and click Sign in with Google. Your account and dashboard are created instantly.

Choose how to capture
Pick the method that fits the meeting:
- In the call yourself? Install the Chrome extension — it captures the meeting straight from your browser.
- Can’t attend, or want hands-off recording? Use the Meeting bot & Workspace add-on: from the add-on side panel inside Meet, send the bot to join and record for you.

Start recording
Join (or open) your Google Meet. With the extension installed you’ll see the MeetingJuice panel — recording starts automatically once captions are available. To record hands-free, open the add-on side panel and click Bring the notetaker so the bot joins as a participant.

Open the meeting in your dashboard
When the call ends, head to your dashboard. Your meeting appears with its full transcript and speaking-time stats.

Generate your summary
Open the meeting and click Generate to create a summary, action items, or any other AI action. Done!
