Your plan sets two monthly limits: meeting recordings and AI actions. Here’s exactly how they work.

Meeting recordings

This is the total number of meetings you can record per month — whether captured by the Chrome extension or the bot. They share one pool.

Note

On Free, the bot sub-limit (5) is part of your 10 total. Once the bot limit is reached, you can still record unlimited meetings yourself with the extension until you hit 10.

AI actions

Every generated summary, action item set, template run, or chat question counts as one AI action.

Tip

Re-opening a result you already generated is free — it’s cached and doesn’t use a new action. Only fresh generations count.

When do limits reset?

Your limits reset on a monthly cycle tied to your signup date — for example, if you joined on the 12th, they refresh on the 12th of each month. They are not tied to the calendar 1st, and (on yearly billing) not once a year — it’s always a monthly refresh.

Hitting a limit

• Recording limit reached → you’ll be prompted to upgrade. Existing meetings stay fully accessible.
• AI limit reached → generating a new action shows an upgrade prompt; already-generated results remain available.
